I'm a Physical Therapist in Germantown, TN, passionate about helping people feel their best and get back to doing what they love. I'm a wife, mom to three awesome kids (one girl, two boys), and a big believer in God. When I'm not in the clinic, you'll most likely find me on the sidelines of a soccer field cheering on my kids.

Welcome to Apex Physical Therapy! One of our founders, a dedicated married mother of three, grew up in Germantown and has a passion for wellness and helping others. A Christian at heart, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, whether it’s dining out, attending sporting events, or enjoying lively music bingo nights. At Apex, we are committed to providing excellent care that reflects our values and community spirit.
Megan Brawner PT, DPT

Megan graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science from Union University where she also played on the soccer team. She was introduced to the medical field by working as a medical assistant in pain management and then went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. As a prior athlete and now health care professional, she strives to provide a setting that is fun yet challenging in order to meet rehabilitation and wellness goals. She provides physical therapy across the lifespan, facilitating a healthy return to sports and hobbies for our local youth, and helping seniors to improve their strength, balance and mobility in order to continue enjoying their favorite activities. Outside of work, Megan enjoys exploring the local restaurant scene with her husband, cheering on her favorite Philadelphia sports teams (Go Birds), exercising and spending the rest of her free time with her dog.

Paula moved to TN with her husband and two sons in 2015. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, baking, and taking walks with her Great Dane, Panda. At Apex Physical Therapy, Paula can be found welcoming patients at the front desk or providing compassionate care as a physical therapy technician.

I'm a Physical Therapist and Clinic Director here in Germantown, TN. I love helping people get back to doing what they love--whether that's playing sports, chasing after kids, or just moving without pain. I'm big on personalized care and making sure every patient feels heard and supported.
Outside of work, I'm a proud husband and dad to two awesome kids. We're big Memphis Tigers fans and love spending time together as a family.
